I usually have very high expectations when purchasing a Mod Podge or a Plaid product as they are always there and I feel like I have been using their products for almost as long. This was my first attempt at a dishwasher safe version of the product and I was a bit skeptical that it would actually hold up to my wash cycles. My friends and I have used this to create sparkling wine glasses using a variety of techniques. We were able to use stickers and tape to mark the designs and paint over them…

SUMMARY OF CHANGES: I used this material to cover/protect paint on glass. I painted the Mod Podge 3 coats, cured them for 28 days and then washed everything in the dishwasher. Not perfect! The areas where the MP was thin were good, even bulletproof, but where did I paint it thick? Apparently it hadn't hardened enough because it reabsorbed the water and turned white and milky again.
