Looks great once assembled. I've only fitted gears to number one engines and getting those 2 to spin was a nightmare. The way the driveshafts go into the split deal is never going to work. I finished the areas smoothly but still got into a split hole while turning, not a good design in this area and this is one of the most important aspects of the project. Looks great, will never crank all the engines.

The first Time 4 Machine I built was the Steamliner. I found the instructions a bit sparse and difficult to follow. This model (Heavenly Hercules) was purchased over a year later and I like the instructions better. They actually start off by showing/tell you how to make turns and what that symbol means etc. As for the model itself it's a lot of interlocking gears so be careful when assembling moving parts. I haven't finished the assembly yet, but everything works. Nice. ;-)

That was a Christmas present for my son. He finished the kit yesterday and was thrilled. He says it displays fine but the mechanical function won't work. The gears turn by hand, but the weak spring-driven motor creates too much friction to drive the gears that should turn the propellers. Excellent model, definitely requires effort and model making experience. This is a work of art. Yours may look terrible, but someone else's will look great. The quality is very good but there are a few issues with the instructions which if corrected would make the model exponentially more interesting to build and look better. A few notes: you really need to put a big stop sign on the spring that says "DO NOT CUT UNTIL IT'S ATTACHED TO THE BASE!" It exploded and cut my finger. The instructions…
