Powerful but too small

The shower head performed decently and was easy to install but it wasn't big enough. Not Moen's fault but my fault for buying something too small. The hanging cord was annoying and jutted into our shower room.

Quality has declined over the years

Likes: The shape of the head hasn't changed over the years Dislikes: 1. The C-shaped bracket that allows you to dock the nozzle to a shower pipe/nipple used to look 'seamless', has but now an "undercut" and looks very out of place (in my opinion) with the rest of the details.2. Instructions are made with a wrench. DO NOT USE A WRENCH BECAUSE FEMALE THREADED PARTS ARE PLASTIC AND LIGHTWEIGHT REQUIRED! HAND TIGHT ONLY!

Basically, this is a good shower head, apart from the fact that it leaks heavily.

Basically a good shower head except it leaks a lot where the hose attaches to the handle. The o-ring is seated correctly, but the leak is where the screw on the fitting pushes into the handle. Looks like either bad design or bad build. The leak is getting worse, so the new shower head needs to be replaced.

Good process! on Handheld Showerheads

I chose this model over other Moen handheld showerheads because it has a higher flow rate and I'm glad I did. The 1.75 GPM device I tried earlier didn't give enough flow, which was exactly what I needed. Others have commented that this unit doesn't have self-cleaning soft jets, which it doesn't, but that's not a deal breaker for me because I choose a higher flow rate instead and just clean the jets some other way when needed.

Deceptive gray jets. Shame on you Moen!

I bought this shower head from Lowe's but was disappointed and replaced it after a couple of weeks. I always check the rubber jets on my shower heads but this time I got scammed. Moen made all those little gray nozzles out of plastic and not rubber so they start to build up limescale immediately and the result is water spraying out in all directions! The other thing that bothered us was how the handle sits in its holder so the shower head is very high and goes too far into the limited space of…
