A few years ago I bought one of these beams and I was very satisfied. When my husband checked out of the hospital after five months there, I thought now would be a good time to get one for the other bathroom too. The bar is not only still extremely stable, but is no longer completely round, but with small finger recesses on the back ideal for holding.

I have installed two 12" Moen air conditioners in my bathrooms and they work great. The quality is excellent, the price is right and installation was easy. It is very important to use a stud finder and make sure the top and bottom holes are over the stud to give the device the best stability. The other two holes are only suitable for an extension used in a wall plate. I highly recommend them for their intended purpose.

We have recently completed our 4th cottage and built it with age in mind. That's why we bought this handrail. Love the simplicity and style of this bar in our soul! I especially like that it has a "grip" built into the handlebars. It doesn't make the shower look like some of the other handrails. looks like it's for the elderly only; 0 I would definitely buy it again. Installation was easy and quick.

Very strong handrail. However, if you plan to attach it to drywall, you will need to purchase anchors separately to securely attach it. You will need two for each handrail. Also, the color is more like brushed stainless steel than brushed nickel, but still looks great with our brushed nickel hardware. Once installed they look great and are helpful for anyone who has balance issues or needs extra safety in the shower.

This grab bar is from the same brand and matches the others in the master bathroom and master toilet. We needed an extra. It works well and is comfortable to wear. The only downside that isn't a huge downside is that the finishes aren't nearly as attractive and refined as the same handrail finishes from other brands. I preferred a simpler design but couldn't get what I wanted with the polished nickel. I have no regrets choosing this style instead. It goes well with my other Moen polished nickel fittings and looks very nice when installed. I love that this bar is slightly thinner than most other bars (1 1/4" diameter) with additional ribs on the bottom for even better grip. (I haven't seen this with any of the other bars I have. Nice finish, strong fixings. It pairs beautifully with my Moen Polished Nickel Sanitaryware of a similar design. I originally installed them for a sick friend who is recovering at my house.
