Design is ok but needs improvement. I use this for a 10 lb cat and the neck hole has been a constant problem. I ended up just sewing the mesh over the hole. It's great for a small cat as they can sit on the floor and look away (or stand up to look through a hole). The bottom insert is too flexible.
