This yoga top makes me feel on another level. First I do a stair stepper workout for 45 minutes and it moves so well with my body and movements. Then I go to yoga, where it also works great in this environment. I love that it doesn't look like what everyone else is wearing.

I usually wear a size small. The reviews said it ran small so I ordered a medium. It's still tighter than I expected. I would probably be more comfortable with a larger size. The arm length is too short to comfortably use the thumb holes. If you want a tighter fit, order one size up. If you want a more relaxed fit, order 2 sizes up.

I am very disappointed. XL was too tight for me. I'm 5ft 4" and 150lbs muscular, I usually wear a size 8 tops. You could literally see the outline of my belly button through the lace, it was so tight. I understand these sizes were meant for Chinese women, but that's outrageous. Size 6 should NOT be considered XL in US retail.

This is a nice training t-shirt that fits the body well. But the sleeves are too short when my thumbs are in the holes and the fabric pulls. It's not too bad and I'll live with that, but I wish the sleeves were a little longer. I usually have XS and long arms, so petite women don't have an issue with arm length. I am very thin and this shirt fits very tight. If you don't like a tight fit, go up a size.

I ordered M because I usually wear Small or XS (2/4). It is the correct size M. The sleeves are a bit short and I don't have long arms and the fabric doesn't feel very good but seems to work. I'll update the review if it falls apart quickly. The mesh is less transparent than in the photo, so don't worry if you're afraid of looking too exposed. The cleavage is not very pretty.

I like the style of this top. It's fitted, so if you like it looser, order one size up. When I ordered it it looked a little lighter than I expected - I was expecting the color in the 6th picture. Other than that, I need a navy track top and I'm keeping that to myself. I messaged the company through their Facebook page to inquire about the lighter color but received no response. "Train like an angel" is written on the back. I wonder if it should be "Train like an Angel". LAUGH OUT LOUD!

Medium weight material. The fit, the compression upper, the extra length, the mesh areas for ventilation and the thumbholes were perfect. Flattering fit, nothing I didn't like.
