sticky, no strong mount, very weak spring

I used this button to manually turn off the glow plugs in my old diesel truck. The button has a very weak spring, so it tends to stick. It also has no sensations. I wish it had some sort of click/latch so you can feel when you press it hard enough. The button also has such a short stroke that it simply has no feedback.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Goes perfectly with my radio

I love the look, feel and fit these buttons have added to my Taranis Q7XS radios. I've already made two pairs on two radios. (4 switches) and functionally they work great because now I can reach them comfortably under my index finger anytime I want to and things like lowering the landing flaps or getting a telemetry message about the remaining voltage from Lipo are only on demand . It's great and perfect for these radios.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • Expensive

I was lucky; The old power button was slightly larger than .

I used this little part to replace the power button on my home computer. That's cheaper than a new case. I could just drill a new hole in the case and install it that way. I was lucky; The old power button was a bit bigger than this one, so I just knocked out the old button, drilled out some plastic, and the button fit right into the old power button's cutout. No random power problems. The switch is cheap, but it doesn't feel cheap. If this lasts a while, say a year or so, I'll probably buy…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires power outlet
