My size 7 women's feet are visible through the material, that's all. They don't get any softer at all. When I stand in it on a flat foot, I don't feel any buffer between the floor and my legs. There was no shock absorber at all. I've been waiting for them, I really thought they would be thick enough to protect my legs, but they are thin and a little prickly.

Bought these socks to wear clogs to work. I'm a barista so I spend over 8 hours a day standing and walking. These socks are so comfortable and thick that even after six days in the same stiff shoes, the backs of my heels, which would normally snap now, are still perfectly comfortable. And that's all I can ask for.

I love that these socks have a little tab at the back of the ankle so they stay with me do not slip shoes during running. Nice colors and very good quality. Not too thick and not too thin. I have since placed an additional order for another set of five socks because they stole some of my socks when I went on vacation to visit family. I love these socks!

I never thought I would review some socks but these are great. They have the perfect amount of cushioning to keep your feet comfortable during exercise, but not so much that your feet have trouble fitting into the shoe. Most socks need to stretch to fit my women's size 11 foot, but these are perfect. Best of all, they stay on your heels and never disappear into your shoes. Soft enough to sleep in when my feet get cold at night.

Very happy with their comfort. I love the support band that goes around the arch of the foot and the little soft pad that rests on the Achilles tendon. I bought these to wear with hard canvas Converse style sneakers. It made walking around Disney much more convenient. These socks are quite thick so I wouldn't recommend them for shoes that are already narrow or don't provide "compliance".
