After trying this Automotive shock absorber my truck now has a much smoother ride and handling .The installation process was a breeze. The build quality of the shock absorber is impressive. However, it’s a bit expensive. OVERALL, this Automotive shock absorber has made a big difference to my truck's performance..
Pros
Enhanced handling and stability due to superior gas charge technology
Based on our own experience, this truck suspension product failed to provide a smooth and comfortable ride. The shocks had minimal impact absorption and made for a bumpy drive. The only positive aspect is its durability, but it's not worth THE sacrifice in performance..
Pros
Provides improved stability and control for trucks, especially when carrying heavy loads.
Cons
May experience a decrease in ride comfort due to the enhanced stiffness of the shocks.
I installed these shocks on a 2011 F250 Super Duty 4X4. The truck has 83,000 miles. The factory shocks were removed and had no rebound at all. The Monroe Gas Magnum changed the ride a lot. Rough roads often shake the truck and the rear seems to buckle. All of this disappeared with Monroe. I also installed these shocks on a previous Super Duty I had and they worked great. I just can't pull the trigger on a Bilstein set.
