🚚 Gas-Magnum Truck Shock Absorber by Monroe - 34684 Model Review

Installation as a replacement for OEM shock absorbers. One leaked oil. The truck drives better now, especially over bumps. Good quality Monroe.

These are designed for high stress compared to the standard product. The stem mount is about three times thicker, as are the top bushings. Monre has always been good for the price. Always used Monroe and lasted a long time

installed it on my 2000 Ford F350 a few months ago and I decided to put this review aside to see how much I like it. so far so good they seem to be holding up well they do their job and i will most likely be buying rear shocks for my truck as i am happy with their durability.

I bought these for my f-250 2000 2wd 7.3 they have replaced some other brand shocks that had at least 60,000 miles on them. The driving performance with it is very good, especially on the race track. It only took me 20 minutes to swap out both sides, wish I had done that a few years ago when I first bought the truck. Revain sells them for half the price at my local auto parts store.

I read what others said about these shocks before I bought mine. One of them in particular stood out, stating that he had not received the equipment for one of his shocks. Assuming it was an accident, I figured mine would be complete. But don't you know, one of my dampers was also missing hardware. The shocks themselves were great but were let down by the missing parts. I also had to get the hub which was time consuming and made matters worse since I couldn't take my truck with me.
