Not Worth the Cost good for me

I was very disappointed with this automotive shock absorber. Despite the high price, they failed quickly making the ride quality unbearable .The only good thing I can say is that they seem to be well-designed and made from high-quality materials. Unfortunately, that doesnt make up for their lack of durability. Save your money and buy a different brand - these aren't worth the cost..

Fake number on shock

Ordered 2 front shocks #5751, one was correct and one was different #, they both looked the same, I called Monroe and the wrongly numbered shock was never in stock, they said they never made a shock with this number on it, the number was cast in metal and also stamped on the box as 2 shocks looked the same I decided to keep it, a shock with an incorrect number could be a fake [not made Monroe ] thanks Jim
