softer, less responsive ride than KYB, but at a better price you can't beat them. They were stiffer than the kit I replaced

The shocks looked like new but the packaging was torn and one shock wasn't as gassed as the other but I got them working due to lack of time.

Came in crappy packaging. Didn't really look for anything but later found that two of the four were leaking and the other two were defective.

The shop told me my car needed shocks so I got the rear wheels first. Pretty easy to install. I didn't give them 5 stars as I'm not sure they did much to improve the ride but they do their job. I installed them last week so I don't need to drive a lot of miles. FYI if you are installing in an e36 sedan like me you will need to have a jack handy when installing to raise the brake disc to match the shock absorber. . Also in the trunk you have to rip off the carpet and foam to get to the top…
