Monroe 90002 kit does not fit Mark VIII

Monroe 90002 kit does not fit Mark VIII It looks like the person who gave it 1 star is being picky. When replacing a collapsed airbag system, at least the Mark III is only 3 inches off the ground at its lowest point. I personally think 23.75 is well within the factory limits for the front if you take + or - into account. For the rear, 26.75 might be a bit out of range, but load up the trunk for a ride and the car will level rather than reverse when they're actually at 24.25. I installed it on…

After installing the spring kit, the handling has changed so much that it is dangerous. The A-pillars are so soft and flimsy that they often bounce at high speeds. Mine hit the bottom of the car going through a ditch. At higher speeds on a curve in the road, when the road is rough or slightly shaky, the vehicle tends to bounce off the road. After installing the springs, the rear of the car was 2.5 inches higher than the front, so I had to reinstall the springs and cut the top of the first…

Monroe - Lincoln MARK VIII Conversion Kit

First off, this KIT beat Auto Parts Place by $200. Installation is easy but only takes 3 hours. If you have a MARK VIII, remove the factory air spring and replace with a Monroe kit. The factory one will have to be replaced sooner or later if you keep your MARK VIII.
