This is what I am ordering, not a falsely advertised product

So my shock absorbers arrived neither white nor black with a Monroe sticker on them. The piece was two different pieces and it looked like they had been refurbished at a cheap shop. Can I get better ones or get my money back?

They worked great, perfect replacement

I ordered these for my 1978 Cadillac to replace the original factory air shocks. Was installed by my mechanic. They worked great, perfect replacement, perfect fit. The car drives like new. The factory air system was poor, it was redesigned and done the old fashioned way with an air intake under the rear bumper. Setting up for an aviation or desired level is easy. As always top quality from Monroe.

Faulty, visually leaking

These are crazy brand new shock absorbers, visually leaking. Of course you cannot return them as they have been installed. I feel like I was ripped off on purpose and that this company knew it was a bad load of shocks. It would be good business practice to replace defective equipment that you have sold to an individual. These shock absorbers leaked the first second they were filled with air. Funny, that's all I can say.

Pros
  • Replacement parts
Cons
  • Bore package
