Description of Moog K6534 Idler Arm

Problem Solver powdered metal gusher bearing design enables grease to flow through the bearing to the stud for reduced friction and enhanced strength and stability. Moog engineered steel composition results in a stronger component. Greaseable socket design allows new lubricant to flush contaminants from the assembly, reducing corrosion and wear. Loose or worn chassis parts can lead to premature tire wear.

Missing parts - replacement parts

Perfect purchase except that parts were missing such as zirconium hardware, cotter pins and castle nut. Hence its 3 stars.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

It's part of MOOG. for Idler Arms & Parts

I used to work at a parts store so I can confirm this is a genuine MOOG part and is half the price of other parts stores. That's why I love Amazon.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

RUBBISH - DO NOT BUY for tension arms and parts

I was under the impression that MOOG is a quality brand. Do I have to replace them again?! The OEM lasted 140,000 miles. MOOG lasted less than 6,000 miles. Apparently they have two different production bases (China and Europe), production and production bases. It's garbage. My warranty just expired and I'm already looking for a replacement.

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • High price

Simply put, Moog is the best!

Replaced my 140,000 mile intermediate link and bracket with this Moog intermediate link, what a difference, the steering wheel no longer wobbles! I also replaced my normal lever with a Moog at the same time and then drove the car to the wheel alignment. Great quality and prices dear Revain!

Pros
  • Intermediate link
Cons
  • Update available

what I like. Fits my 2003 Tahoe Z71 perfectly

Definitely a little stronger than the stock unit which I like. Perfect fit for my 2003 Tahoe Z71. If you are replacing the tension arm, I strongly recommend that you also replace the tension arm mount if you have not already done so. The replacement and installation was easy and simple, and less work if you change one at a time.

Pros
  • Shocks, Struts & Suspension
Cons
  • Crumpled

2002 Yukon SLT 4wd: Replacement Parts

Moog makes a great product with a great fit. Quality really meets or exceeds factory specs. I replaced all moving suspension parts on my Yukon with Moog products. After the crash, my driving performance returned to a new car feel. I would recommend them to anyone trying to regain control and ride quality. They were installed on a 2002 Yukon SLT 4WD.

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than others

2002 Suburban Steering Arm

I had play in my front end (this was eventually caused by the front end tuner forgetting to tighten my control arm nuts - grrrrr). Anyway, to make sure I don't eliminate a tie rod, I bought Moog Outer Tie Rod Ends, Inner Tie Rod Ends, Intermediate Arm Bracket, Intermediate Arm and Bipod Arm. I bought everything from Revain for about half the price of auto parts stores and about the same price as the parts at the economy parts store. I've read that Moog's problem-solving details were better, and

Pros
  • Replacement parts
Cons
  • Definitely bad product
