Jeep compass needs maintenance

Another Detroit brand axle has served only 2 years. The Moog brand is twice as thick and equipped with grease nipples. The chassis is like new again.

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Without a machine gun

Size Matters!: Heavy Duty Parts & Accessories

Right part is Moog brand, left part is Detroit Axle. As you can see I have replaced the ones on the left now with the Moog brand, the car drives and handles much better!

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Outlander 2016 didn't fit

Didn't fit my Outlander 16. I ended up having to buy a side at my local dealership. I noticed that there were 2 part numbers on the box: Moog's OG part number and they added a sticker with the same part number as the ones I bought at the auto parts store. I wish it fit, it was a great price.

Pros
  • Test year
Cons
  • Hard to tell

2 sets failed within 1 month on a 2014 Chrysler 200 sedan

First set took about 2 weeks, second set failed within a day. I ended up going to the store and buying OEM. The second set was so overstretched that I had to cut them off after one day and about 60km! I am currently waiting for a refund. I'll let you know when Revain comes along.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Upgradeable

Grease nipples are great

Better than factory stabilizer links. The factory vehicles have only clocked up 43,000 miles. Was under guarantee. I work at a Mitsubishi dealership. Could replace for free. But the mechanics working there pour the wrong oil into the cars. Wouldn't let her work on my lawnmower. I did it myself and got it right. Good price and easy to apply. A small vise was used to keep it from twisting between the ling and stabilizer bar when loosening the nut on the old links.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Some bugs

Installed today. Fits perfectly. Good quality.

Just received these today and installed them on my 2010 Patriot. My old ones weren't bad yet, but I replaced the front crossmember, so I figured I'd take care of everything else up front while everything was sorted out. These fit perfectly and the quality is excellent. They come with grease fittings and are pre-lubed although I added a few more pumps. I really like that these links have a rectangular shape on the back for ease of installation and especially later removal. Not that I plan on…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Transparency

Perfect fit for 2011 Jeep Patriot

Love that they have serviceable grease fittings unlike the factory stock AND that they are easily twice the thickness of the original. Handling is important for driving in areas with a lot of sand and salt on the roads for 4 months of the year. It's not like my jeep has ever been off-road, it just looks like they won't break like the originals if I hit a bump in the road. Added use of Blue Marine Lube in mine before installation. Perfect fit for 2011 Jeep Patriot. You will need to remove the…

Pros
  • This is amazing

  • poorly thought out
