I purchased the leather journal cover along with a lined paper refill. The pages are thick and high quality, perfect for using with my favorite fountain pen. No cheap glue adhesive, here! Instead, the pages are stitched in and sturdy. And adding two silk page markers rather than just one is a nice touch. So glad I found this!

I ordered this refill so that I could use my Moonster Journal for taking notes for my current Dungeons & Dragons campaign. The lines were a necessity for me because otherwise I write in arcs and it annoys me.The journal with this refill is exactly what I needed for my notes. It looks good and my notes are organized and in one place. I love this refill.

I will never write on any other type of paper again. I love, love, love these notebooks! The cotton paper made without chopping down a gazillion trees makes it better. If you love a paper with sort of rough texture but not so as it messes with your writing, try these notebooks!

I've been trying out a lot of different refill journals, and this is hands down the best. I ordered these extras because I loved what came with the leather journal I ordered from this seller. These refills are thick and large enough for A5, the pages are white, and the handfeel is soft and artsy without getting too cloth-like. I love how subtly sophisticated the texture is. I'd love to see more variety (cream, ivory, etc.) but please don't stop making these blank refills.

The paper is very porous which means it soaks up the ink quickly and does not allow for clear distinct lines when I am writing on it. This makes the notes difficult to read. I am. It at all pleased with the quality of the paper.

This paper is so nice and my pens work very well on it. When I first opened the package the paper had a chemical smell (probably from processing) but it disappeared in a couple of days. I am very happy with this purchase.

Although the journal itself is faulty and I was not sent a new one as a replacement they only sent me the refill. I ordered lined and the journal came with unlined. As far as the product it's sturdy the quality is good and it's giftable but as far as the warranty they have yet to replace the actual journal. I gave it as a gift when the person opened it it had black splotches on the inside of the flap that were sticky and the paper was online instead of lined. Not sure if they will actually…
