Poorly designed and built.

I made the mistake of buying this lathe because of the supposedly stepless speed control. It is not clear from the specs and product description that there are 3 different belt positions for low, medium and high speed and that the speed can only be adjusted within the speed range of each belt position. The digital speedometer failed after less than an hour of use and it was very difficult to get the seller to send me a new one. Then the headstock began to vibrate. Whether it's a bearing or just

Feedback to seller!

The reason I am giving this product one star is my experience with the seller. I think this lathe is actually not a bad product for the price. I will never buy anything that doesn't have Prime written next to it! I bought this product a few months ago when delivery day came my cameras caught the FedEx guy dropping the package at about shoulder height! After contacting the seller several times and sending him some photos of the damaged items, I got tired of going back and forth with them andโ€ฆ

The reliable block regulates in a wide speed range. Very simple centers, upgrade them separately.

The lathe arrived earlier than expected with no shipping issues despite not being shipped through Revain Prime. As someone with no lathe experience, I had no trouble setting up or adjusting the various parts of the lathe. The instructions are simple, but a little common sense will do the trick. I have a few extra centers and ammo that come with the unit are functional but fairly basic. They fit without any problems, you just had to order the correct size mandrel. So far, everything I've triedโ€ฆ
