Beautiful and timeless Paring knife handmade in Sweden. Top grade 14C28N Sandvik stainless steel blade features razor sharpness, high hardness, and exceptional toughness and corrosion resistance. Disappointing - kitchen and dining room

but attractive knife. Not as hot at first as other plagues I've had. In addition, it is easy to confuse the side with the hem and the side without the hem.

This knife is: Paring Knife

Not very sharp but a nice little knife. Not long enough to care for a decent lightbulb and I keep trying to use the blunt edge because the sharp side isn't very noticeable, but I like the grip.

Great knife but not very useful Paring knife

The handle looks like a classic Morakniv but is a bit thinner but still too big for my XL hands. I'm used to peeling the paring knife at the knuckle and sticking the fruit/veg on my thumb, which is impossible with the size of this handle. The handle doesn't indicate which side of the knife is sharpened, and the blade itself doesn't differentiate much between a sharp edge and a butt, and from time to time I try to cut something with the dull side. The blade is too wide for more difficult work or
