Do you need a sturdy carrier to take the cat to the vet for a procedure. It was a challenge to place as the stretcher is small and the zippers broke causing it to run away while I was driving. Needless to say I am not a satisfied customer

This device measures 11" x 11" and is 17" long, so it's for fit cats, not big cats or small dogs. This is ideal for a trip to the vet. I would never take an animal on a plane because very often they die en route because they are not in a pressurized cabin so I can't speak to the airline's standard. We take our animals everywhere when we have to travel. But for a trip around the area, it's great for a cat. Good luck with your search.
