I love the display for my new charge controller. I love that you can see the battery status and charging current. The only thing that I think could be improved is the backlight on the control panel, I think it's too dark, plus I like it! Thanks Benny

Works fantastic. My only regret is that I didn't buy it ten years ago. I have six 120 watt panels on my roof. Morningstar has great support. I had a question and they responded very quickly. I used Solar Boost 2000 and replaced it with another Solar Boost and then it broke. It broke. Finally got smarter and bought a Morningstar Tristar. LESS MONEY !

Still working after 6 months. When I installed this gauge on my Tristar TS-45, the mounting holes did not line up properly with the base of the gauge. I had to force the screws to tighten. The controller "sticky" when it was new and still is. Although it works fine. These two issues bother me a little.

I ordered the wrong item. I wanted to order a remote meter that does the same thing without being connected to a charge controller. I didn't realize my mistake until I received this product. I was going to return it but thought it might not be much different from the removed version and I have the option to install it on the controller at any time in the future.
