This stool is well made and larger than expected. I ordered two for my living room. I took off two stars because the one in the photo had dark contrast stitching which I really prefer and the ones I got were all white on white.

Wow, that stinks and looks great. Hopefully the goat/cigarette smell will go away. It's outside with the brown ones I bought! They all smell, you can't store them indoors right out of the box! Also, they are cute, very well made, heavy zipper, easy to stuff (it takes a long time). To stuff one I used old sheets, blankets, towels and whatever I could find) better than I expected. Fingers crossed that they can enter the premises!

We looked at this stool for a long time and finally decided to buy it. So glad we did. Yes, it really smells when you take it out of the box for the first time. I think that's to be expected from an animal skin product. It's definitely real leather. We let it air out for 3 days and now that it's inside it looks and feels amazing! First let me say that it is absolutely amazing and the details are perfect! I ordered white and it really is pure white. I've read reviews about the smell and how it should be ventilated etc. Personally I'm not sensitive to smells like some and tend to dwell on it until the product fixes its kinks.
