🚲 MOSISO Waterproof Bike Rack Bag: Convenient Bicycle Trunk Pannier for Rear Seat Storage & Carrier Review

This is a great bike tote bag - our tandem has it and has space for extra water, repair kit, jackets and snacks. It fits more than you think without taking up extra space or adding weight to the bike! Haven't tested it in the rain yet, but the material is durable and looks waterproof.

This is a decent bag for the price compared to others I've seen. However, the tether straps could use some work. The front straps were too long. To install them neatly you have almost no velcro to velcro. As a result, the front plank is greatly lost. The bottom straps do not take the width of the luggage rack into account. With a very wide stance they would be fine, but I have a pretty standard stance and the bag moves right to left too much.

The bags seem decent but don't expect to put a heavy battery in and strap it to the rear rack. The straps FALL but I can't fault the bag too much. I then placed a thin piece of plywood on the bottom of the bag and screwed a plastic dovetail piece onto it that would slide into a channel on my luggage rack. Check out Topeak if you're trying to carry batteries around. I basically converted this bag into a $70 bag for her rack.

After only a few uses one of the straps came loose. I'm not a mountain biker, exclusively on rails, so I didn't see any excessive loads. The straps that attach the bag to the bike rack only have a few stitches along the seam and the nylon strap is only slightly pinched in the stitches. There are other bags that you can find at Revain that have the tether straps sewn to the bottom of the bag, with a lot more stitching and material to absorb the normal stress of cycling.

I would like to start off by saying that I really liked this bag. It was helpful and smooth. However.dun-dong-dang. A few days later I had a nice water bottle in my bungee, well the cap came loose and fell off while riding. I will never give this back Then today I saw my bag had tipped over so I take a look and this thing is falling completely at the seams! Tragedy. It's just tragic. Cheap crap works well sometimes, but not in this case. I value my values too much to let this slip by.

I will update it after a few months of use. But so far - I'm very impressed (especially for the price). The bag is well made and the zips (albeit unbranded) appear to be of good quality.
