From what I understand this thing is made in China. I expected it not to be the best. However, I didn't expect it to be used or at least look used. It has so many quirks and dents. I have a couple of these mugs that are almost ten years old and have less damage. I have attached pictures. Bolt, washers and nut look like new. And one of the parts looks pretty good. But the rest is terrible and the case is broken. I want to return it but I need it at work asap. I guess I'm just SOL.
