It's really amazing how such a small team has managed to deliver so much. Being completely new to website building and not knowing much about coding myself, I was put off by some of the terminology used, but the guys at MBlur did a great job explaining it all to me, and made sure I understood every step along the way. Even if I hadn't understood anything, they would help clarify any issues until I got them right. I think my biggest problem was trying to grasp all the moving parts and how each…

Pros
  • Great support from people who are willing to give their time and knowledge freely.
Cons
  • I couldn't figure out how to get it to work without help.
  • After several attempts I eventually got an email back saying "Sorry, we don't seem to be able to connect" - but then I thought I had finally connected after waiting a long time

Great experience, professional and helpful staff

I liked that they are able to work with me throughout my entire process of finding an editor for one project or editing multiple ones over time as well! They were very patient in helping explain what we needed/wanted even though it was not something "they" do often so there's definitely some learning curve from them but once you get past this hurdle everything is great!! Not really anything specifically; all good communication when working together through several projects at different stages…

Pros
  • Great quality editors always ready / eager + enthusiastic about whatever task comes their way whether small simple tasks like formatting text only files into pdf format via email attachment vs big more complex jobs requiring research gathering info prior before actually diving deep down
