Chrome vanadium tool steel with a hard nickel pewter finish. Square end openings which grip the spoke nipple on all four sides. Offset slotted ends make it easy and quick to use. Sizes are 6 millimeter and 6.3 millimeter which will fit most Japanese dirt bikes and many street models.

Get well soon for spokes and spoke nipples

works great. don't risk rounding the nipples with the wrong tool. Also put a drop of lube on each nipple while waiting for delivery.

Good wrench for $$

Fit was a bit poor and polished chrome would have been nice. But for the price, if you're not lacing up rims all day, this is a good return.

Honda XR400R --- Yes. This is the one you want.

I really like this button and have used it along with my cell phone guitar tuning app to tune each spoke. The front wheel B is flat and the rear wheel G is flat. Have fun.

Harley Spoke Wrench

If you have spoked wheels like me, this tool is a must. It is a lightweight yet durable palpation tool. I've used it when I've done 1000 miles and it's been perfect for my spoke grommets. Yes you can use a 6mm open end wrench but it is very cheap, has a long length for extra leverage and the end design is similar to a cord wrench in that it wraps around the fastener and provides better grip so you can be sure it does not slip and does not damage the coating of the rim.

I have two bikes with 6.0mm spoke nipples. 2000 Honda Shadow and 2008 KLR650. The key fits easily on the KLR spokes. However, the hole on the Shadow is too small to fit over the spokes (*FRONT WHEEL ONLY*) without modification. It will be easy to grind or file, but I expected it to fit any 6.0mm nipple out of the box. probably no stranger to you, but to something as simple as snuggling your knitting needles.
