🔧 Enhanced Spark Plug Gap Tool: Motion Pro Review

I won't sugarcoat this, the price is quite high for what it is, but it works well and will do the job as long as you don't Consider investing extra money. It's certainly better than those cheap discs you get at the Autozone for a dollar, and they're not exactly.

I keep this little sucker in my boat drawer when I'm cleaning and reconnecting plugs. It is excellent: light and space-saving. I checked the accuracy on my micrometer - accurate. It also does a good job of adjusting the gap. Don't worry, it's aluminum. The measured slits are only used to "feel" the gap. It is reset through the key ring hole.

A useful tool that I consider indispensable for both my car and my motorcycle. The design is well designed with a spark plug gap and a ring that allows you to attach this tool to a key ring or use it to open a bottle. The only reason it got a star is because it's made of aluminum and not steel. When measuring the gap, it is likely to wear out within a short period of time, resulting in incorrect readings (too large a gap). Great little splitting tool that fits perfectly on my keychain. Stand alone and easy to use. I can't remember how many times I've been away from home and had my tool box and plugs replaced in one of my gas tools. Covers all connector spacing I need, from 0.02" to 0.04". The fact that it's in millimeters isn't a problem for me, but others will need to know the englo-metric conversion if they want the clearance in decimal inches (I have a sticker on each of my gas tools where I have the SP…

Really nice bottle opener but not very good as far as spark plug gap adjustment is concerned. Mine can be used after noticing that the engraved specs for each gap were not accurate and using a quality vernier caliper to determine which one would close the connector to the specs. The error for each gap was variable, for example 0.7 mm equals 0.030 inches and 0.8 mm equals 0.0275 inches. I would have expected a plug gap tool to be more accurate, but that's just me.
