Not made in China! c Oil system tools

I liked the company's website where I could easily check if the tool would fit my car. I also liked the company's history regarding being US based and manufacturing in Taiwan. Very satisfied with the product. Received the tool as promised.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Fits perfectly on oil can

Really good heavy duty oil filter wrench Fits perfectly on oil can. Allows easy filter change. Much better quality than some cheap ones I've tried in the past. Should have bought this one first and saved the money I wasted on cheap.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Zero

Fits Sprinter 6 cyl diesel 2008-2019

I have a fleet of Sprinter 2500 and 3500 all with 6 cyl. diesel engine, and this 84mm 14 spline will fit. The Revain popup says "This isn't for your 2018." but I knew Revain was wrong and I got it anyway. Very good quality, use with 8" extension and you don't need to remove the air filter/duct.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Without automatic

Worth every penny - oil filter wrench

After spending too much time using different types of filter wrenches to remove the oil filter cover from my 2008 Dodge Sprinter, I ordered this filter wrench. (None of the 3 local auto parts stores have this size.) It's well made, fits perfectly and to be honest the filter cap was removed in less than 10 seconds. USA, but it says Made in Taiwan.

Pros
  • Heavy duty construction
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Reliable!: Oil filter wrench

Ideal for Mercedes Sprinter 3.0L engine. As with anything Mercedes-related, it's best to get it right the first time, as it often comes out "good enough". expensive repair/replacement. This filter wrench fits perfectly into the OEM plastic cap that your oil filter resides in, eliminating potential stripping or damage during removal/replacement. Invest in a quality tool once and you're set for the life of your vehicle

Pros
  • Easy assembly
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

My Mercedes Sprinter is better than your Ford Transit

Bought for my 2013 Mercedes Sprinter with OM642 V6 Turbodiesel. There is no other way to remove the filter! Trust me, I've tried filter tongs. An 8 inch extension and swivel joint was used. Be sure to wrap the rag around the front and sides of the filter housing. Replace the o-rings on the cap, replace the filter, and then hand-tighten as firmly as possible. It will feel like you are destroying the top o-ring, but this is normal.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Some small things
