Is working. some time on Jig Accessory

The drill sleeve material is not hard enough for continuous use. I think I drilled about 10 nuts before the drill guide became oval.

Works Great: Power Tool Parts & Accessories

Great Product. When used correctly, it does what it's supposed to. Use a 1/16 drill bit. Drill a smaller hole on the ladder side. Drills both hex head screws and round head screws. In the photo 6mm clasp. The location of the hole on the head depends on the size of the screw (smaller screw head = holes closer to the center).

Pros
  • Decent Performance
Cons
  • Unbelievable Price

Nice but needs to be made thinner or use a grinder like me!

Ok but one side needed sanding. If you put in a smaller screw you won't have room to drill the head. I flipped one side to make it thinner and it works fine. I made most of the safety wire on my friend's road bike with a hole punch and then drilled it on the bike. But it was nice to have this for a few screws that I couldn't adjust my drill to.

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • Alright

Not as described - power tool parts and accessories

The description says this is for use with 3.5mm drill bits. It is not. Each position has two pilot holes for drilling, one on each side. I didn't measure but the small hole is about 1mm and the bigger hole is about 2mm. None of them come close to 3.5mm. Another disadvantage of this is that it is specifically metric and for a specific thread pitch. This is fine for most of my cases, but other designs are more versatile. Otherwise everything is fine with the device. I ended up giving mine back in

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Some cons

Works but cheap: Power tool parts and accessories

I've used this for round head and hex head screws. The included pilot bits don't really work for button head screws as they make almost no contact with the screw head, but I just drilled a hole in the tool where it worked and was able to go through my 8 screw project. If this tool was going to be used over and over again it would have to use super hard drill bushings but for what I needed it did fine without them. The hole I drilled fell out while I was using it, but it doesn't matter, it just…

Pros
  • Excellent construction
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
