I used to have a VivoActive 3 and this case was much better because you had to remove the strap to attach it. It was a little more work, but at least the tread stayed. For example, I loaded luggage into the car and the first thing that came off was the protective cover. This thing also ruined my screen protector. He lifted the corners and air came between the watch and the tread. I will no longer use this protection.

This product is not a terrible material quality but the design doesn't make it great. It simply slides onto the outer rim of the watch and is easy to remove. I had it on my watch for a few weeks and it popped up when I was doing something and I lost it. It doesn't clutter your screen at all as the center is open. It's also made out of some sort of silicone. All in all, if you just want to protect something but it just doesn't have anything to really glue it to the watch, it's not a big deal.

So for protection and something to maybe reduce the reflective signature of the matte silver on the gray Model 4. I put it on, it was tight but hard which I don't like about that. the material is shiny now, i don't know what they made it out of, but it's not flimsy at all. I hope other manufacturers offer better designs and material choices. The main complaint, and it only took one try, are the buttons on the Garmin, they are very difficult to press and because the material is what it seems…
