Fixed erratic idle issues on my '03 Mustang GT. Motorcraft is the only way to buy electrical parts for your Ford. All aftermarket parts are going to give you problems in the future, this is a known fact in the performance and enthusiast community.

I bought one from my local auto parts store, many of them are aftermarket, still I installed the aftermarket they sell from auto parts, my car never starts. So I read what the problem was, people say they only use motorcycle OEMs. So I order this one, as soon as I start the car it works like new.

The picture of this IAC is not true, the wire connector comes from the back not the side like the OEM part. This makes it difficult to connect the wire harness. It was a hard landing, but with some effort and wire bending I got it to sit very well. Mach 04 1. Seems to be working fine!> I have no problems with my current IAC other than it staying open? and makes a loud howling noise. works like $#!+. Rough idle, constant dying at stops. Must give 1 star for inaccuracy and poor performance.
