Motorcraft DPFE6 Recirculation Pressure Feedback Review

Wow. Bought an aftermarket sensor on eBay for $30 2 years ago. Replaced it with the original Motocraft sensor. More power, better gas mileage, fixed jump issue when towing my trailer. The check engine light no longer lights up. Smoother shifts. There was never any need to save on this sensor. Do not buy any sensors other than the automotive sensor.

WARNING 2005 6.0L Powerstroke Mechanic/Owner (and possibly 7.3L Powerstroke): Seller did not mention that it was Motor-craft Recirculation Pressure Recirculation Exhaust Gas Acting Sensor 5C3Z - 9J460 - Make: Motorcraft WILL NOT FIT 2005 6.0L VEHICLES BEFORE 11/30/2004. (not sure but also look for 2005 7.3L Powerstroke before 11/30/2004) Wrong size. Too large. Waste of time and $80. The listing says it fits: WRONG

I have a Ford 6.0L 2006 F350 Twin. Bought to repair P0299, P0470 and P0472. The real problem was water getting into the plug. Cleaned with CRC electrical connector spray. Also bought an EBP tube for a safe measure. The Ford EBP sensor replaced an aftermarket sensor that had done less than 1,000 miles. My strength is back and I'm happy.
