Motorcraft FP54 Filter: Optimal Performance and Reliability Review

After watching a few YouTube videos, I installed this new cabin air filter on my 2006 Ford Taurus. This replacement filter looks exactly like the old one the dealer put in a few years ago, except of course it's clean. It fits perfectly, is cheaper than the dealer and is made in America (bonus!).

This is an OEM replacement filter so I wasn't expecting and had no issues with quality or filter seating. The only thing that can be useful is a short installation guide. I wasn't even sure where the cabin air filter was until I did some research on the internet.

2000 Ford Taurus LX Flex Fuel. Okay, I stumbled upon Revain.com and ordered. It's very similar to the original, just without the black dirt, leaves, feathers and who knows what else was packed in the old filter. It's amazing how EVERY air got through. Thanks to the reviewer who said to remove those two screws and remove the plastic cover over the filter because I don't see how else I would have replaced it.
