This is actually: Motorcraft 4C4Z8592AA This is the EGR coolant hose that connects the EGR cooler to the engine. If you have an old orange hose, replace it with this blue one, it will last longer. My item was delivered in the original Motorcraft packaging. Fits perfectly, exact replacement for my 2003 Ford F350 6.0L. Revain had the best price, $10 less than the local retailer!

is not a thermostat housing. This is the hose between the oil cooler and the EGR cooler on a 6.0 liter lift diesel. It may have another purpose that I'm not aware of, but this is the best price I've found for it and according to the 6.0 PSD experts, an auto part outperforms any aftermarket part.
