This is a genuine Motorcraft part. I ordered it for my 2004 Ford F150 Lariat Super Cab to replace a broken unit on the driver's front windscreen. It was identical to the original and works great. Installation isn't too difficult, although you might want to look for a door panel removal video first as it will save you a lot of time and possible damage to the door.
