Fits and works: Lighters and parts

I got this for my 2017 Triumph XRX. Connects well, iPhone charges normally. This connector has a cover to cover the USB ports when not in use, but I'll probably unplug it when not in use. I noticed that it's not a very deep or tight sock, but it's really a design feature of the socket, not this plug. So if you're doing serious off-road travel or hitting huge potholes, it can pop out.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • For seniors

Well, it works well to power my iPhone when I'm driving it.

My iPhone works fine when I ride my motorbike and the navigation app is running. I fully charge my phone and keep it charged. I'm using this with a 12" Lightning cable and it works great. Plugs right into my aftermarket power port, stays in place and keeps my phone charged. What else can you ask? I have a spare port for something else in the future. Maybe a camera?

Not suitable 17 Tiger 800 XCA

Wanted to be happy but unlike other reviews. it didn't fit my Tiger 800. I don't know if it's a model or what but it's too wide for an XCA and even in the only fitting position it doesn't quite fit. I ended up swapping with my friend who drives a BMW GSA1200. It had a USB on a cable that I had to route, but it fit the hole. Two stars as he was able to reuse it but we have yet to see if it stays on his bike.

Pros
  • Useful not only for its intended purpose
Cons
  • May damage

Fits perfectly in both ports of my 96 R1100GS.

Fits perfectly in both sockets of my 96 R1100GS and can charge two devices at the same time. I love the compact design - it allows me to plug it in and connect a USB cable to it without getting in the way while driving. The blue LED looks pretty goofy and the lid seems pointless, maybe just to keep random objects from poking it while it's in your bag? Nevertheless, the product gets 5 stars. It fits perfectly and works great; what could I want more?

Pros
  • Large range
Cons
  • Almost everything ok

After using the device for @ 2 days.

After @ 2 days of use, the device began to stop charging periodically from each slot. I tested the cable in another device which turned out to be working. Revain's name says it's 3.3 amps, which isn't the case. It's 2.2. As for the size, that's not a problem for me and it fits in the DIN slot. No problem with my RT. I could live without blue light, but it wasn't distracting either. I sent this version back and ordered another version from the same manufacturer hoping it would work correctly.

Perfect gear for 2017 Triumph Explorer XCA

Perfect gear for 2017 Triumph Explorer XCA. Looks better than the ones Triumph sells. Better fits the bike and goes great with it. It doesn't wobble and stays in place. The light is a great thing for night driving. In fact, I like this one better than the one Triumph sells. This is oval to match the lines of the bike and looks like it was meant for XCA. A good choice for all Tiger Explorer models. Not much experience yet as I just got it but for now I'm glad I got it.

Pros
  • Happy for now

Good alternative to Hella rear fork

I had about 400 miles to 1500 miles when the Hella fork decided to bounce off the bike allowing me to ride with limited electronics. I bought it as it didn't have a line to catch the wind causing the previous one to come loose. At the moment it seems VERY tight in the socket and if it stays tight I can't imagine it ever falling out. My concern was that it wouldn't fit into standard Hella connectors as the Tupperware on the '05-13 R1200RT surrounds them. No problem connecting to the front or…

Very compact, charges my Samsung Galaxy S4 phone

Although some reviewers said that this device will not charge a Samsung Galaxy phone, I decided to take a chance as it is such a nice solution: compact and nice. When plugged into a DIN port on my 2005 BMW R1200RT it fits snugly. I can't imagine it ever falling out but time will tell. The translucent plastic lens around the USB ports glows a beautiful blue when the ignition key is turned to the on position. This light is barely visible during the day but can be annoying at night. I haven't used
