They will not fit 1" bars, I have measured my bars with an accurate digital caliper and they are exactly 1" tall. 3. UPDATE: This manufacturer contacted me again. They assured me that they identified the problem with the welding process and took action to fix it. They also fixed the installation problem. These pins fit 22mm (7/8") and 25mm (1") rods. This is achieved with a plastic shim that reduces them down to 22mm bars.
