$100+ for a small remote that probably costs a lot less. Mine came with 2 missing screws on the back. Obviously there is a quality control issue. Luckily, since I was replacing the original remote that came with my Xi5, I simply removed the old screws and put them in the new one. Connecting the new remote to my Xi5 took only 10 seconds. The instructions are printed on the back like the original. It works great. 3 stars because I felt that for the price I shouldn't short the screws.

Works great. I bought this remote control to replace my broken remote control. They don't like water, so keep them in a zippered bag. The Motorguide xi5 trolling motor is great and this controller works great with it. My lanyard snapped due to a weak plastic attachment point on the remote. There is a solution for this on YouTube which I believe involves a nylon strap going from one screw to the other on the back of the remote. However, I just bought a second remote control.
