Great mic that beats the competition

Great mic that beats the competition. I tried a similar product from a company whose name begins with the letter "C" and I liked the Motorola microphone better.

What you see is not what you get

Ordered 4 PMMN4050A models, the outer packaging is correct but the contents are a completely different model in all 4 packages (see photo). Very disappointed, returned for return

Wrong item/broken item for CB and radio equipment

I received the package but only recently opened it and what I received does not match the picture. The volume button on it is also broken and it is straight out of the box but cannot be exchanged or returned at this time.

I did not receive the microphone I ordered.

Did not receive the exact model I ordered. The unit received had a different part number for an older radio which is not compatible with the radios we currently have. It is not possible to return outside the return window as I have been working on a ship out of country.
