This product did not work properly to begin with. I have not been able to get help from either the seller or Revain to troubleshoot or return/exchange the product. An absolute waste of money. According to Zebra, the seller is not an authorized reseller of the brand.

It took about a week before the scanner stopped recognizing our barcodes. I tried resetting it according to the instructions and checked the manufacturer's website for a solution. vain. Not sure if it's not just a different brand scanner with a different brand sticker. It worked fine for a while, so you might be in luck!

State of delivery: LS2208-SR20007R-UR.2. energy source. The description of an item on Revain indicates a power source: battery. Only a USB power adapter is included. Notably, according to the manufacturer (Zebra), the LS2208-SR20007R-UR is the predecessor (higher model) of the LS2208-SR20007R-NA.
