Unfortunately, it was amazing Bluetooth, good at one point.

I've had this fuzzy tooth for years, had to replace my old one, it just doesn't have the sound quality I'm used to. Unfortunately at one point it was amazing Bluetooth, well fitting, comfortable and great sound that is no longer available. Bad 😞

Pros
  • cool product
Cons

Excellent bluetooth

I bought the same bluetooth 3 years ago and it works great. I just bought the same Bluetooth because the first one finally stopped charging after 3 years. I bought it again because it's a great product and it works well and lasts all day. I recommend this product!

  • Satisfied so far

Great Bluetooth at a great price!

I live by it! I listen to audio books all the time and need Bluetooth. That's great! Hookup is easy, the sound is great, and it's pretty cheap! I bought 5 of these just because I lose them and I also like that one of them is always fully charged. I love this Bluetooth!

Pros
  • Worthy achievement
Cons
  • Not fashionable

Motorola quality but the earhook is not very comfortable

The noise cancellation was good and the caller could be heard well. The only thing I don't like is the ear hook that goes into the ear - too long. I had the HX550, H15 and Boom2, all Motorola. The HX550 was the best, but very expensive. This device is very good value for money. I think I paid around $30-40.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Poorly designed

Value for money

Some people don't know how to use this device. Folding the ears is as easy as folding an ear strap. 3 independent volume levels for notifications, calls and audio. I am deaf and can hear perfectly. It's a bit tinny, but works great so far. The battery lasted 10 hours, 9 of which were in standby mode. Streamed video with him for 3 hours yesterday with no problems. Yes, it's cheap and tiny, but its value exceeded my expectations.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • There are problems

Very good if used carefully.

After losing my old 500 and 600 headphones within a week, I bought these and 250 as a replacement. Neither is as loud as much older units, both have very low noise levels when the call is answered by turning on the speaker, both have audio setup issues. If my phone rings in the car and it's not already on, I switch it to voicemail because I can't hear the caller. My jeep has an old non-bluetooth radio so I use it while driving. Usually quite noisy, but not always.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • old

Switching on is faulty.

When you first turn it on, "musical tones" are meaningless and annoying. (Mine only plays static and broken tones.) Then it says "Ready to pair" even though it's already 100% paired. Hm? *EVERY* time you turn it on it repeats this mess. If you wait, you can take the call. (If intercepted beforehand it goes to voicemail due to unnecessary start-up delays.) I also have an old model HK250. Turns on with no problems. Answers incoming calls immediately. Another case where the "upgraded" model…

Pros
  • Pleasant to use

  • No power

I had charging problems almost immediately

I don't know if others have experience with this bluetooth headset. I like the small size - this piece is perfect. However, it became problematic to charge it after only a couple of weeks. I received this on January 24th, 2020. On MAY 24th (4 months later) I had to keep charging it, and on May 30th it stopped charging. The same thing happened with the previous Motorola HK255 I previously bought - it just took longer to get the "I won't charge" issue. If only they could solve this problem, I…

RETURN CONFIRMED -> Any product worse than the last is the worst

I have had every Motorola bluetooth headset since HX500, HX550, HX600, Boom1, Boom2 and now HK255. Every year they get worse. The HX series were good for the most part, sounded great, had volume control and great noise cancellation and the earbud fit comfortably in the ear, a plastic earhook was optional on all of these models as the gel insert fitted. snug and secure in your ear without the plastic hook. I could walk with them and Bluetooth would stay secure without the plastic hook. Each of…
