DUAL ARM MONITOR MOUNT: Fits 2 screens 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 inches, with a maximum support weight of 20 pounds each, using the 75x75mm or 100x100mm VESA square bolt hole pattern found on the back of the monitors. Comes with interchangeable C-clamp or grommet base mount for use on desktops. FEATURES: Two monitor stand has counterbalanced, gas spring arms which make adjustments effortless. Dual mount works as expected

dual mount arm works as expected with two 22" Dell monitors. I had to use hex screws to adjust the tension so the monitors could be adjusted to the correct height and stay in place. I've had no trouble getting the necessary tension adjustment with a hex wrench, and I'm not particularly strong. We didn't use a clamping mechanism so I can't comment on that aspect of the design. My husband made me a metal base because the back of the table is not accessible. The VESA aspect of the mounting…

I really like this system with some small flaws

I was waiting for the review so I had time to live with the product before the review. Appearance: The style is good, just like the picture, modern, clean, elegant. The wingspan is 35.5" when fully extended, which means they support very large monitors (mine is 23" / 20" diagonal; maximum travel at the center of the monitor arms is 20" from the tabletop. Excellent product! The only thing missing are built-in USB and audio ports!

Excellent mount. It comes well packaged and already assembled which is a BIG PLUS! All you have to do is attach the quick release brackets to your TV/monitor and screw on the bracket you need for your desk and you're done! The holder even has a place to store your hex tools when you're done so you never lose them! For the price, however, there are cheaper mounts with built-in USB 3.0 ports. Excellent mount. Bad reviewers make a very forgivable mistake.

Ok. The instructions are not very good. But it's a very good device. Amazing it came from China! People who leave bad reviews have the same problem as me and say it doesn't hold up the monitor. It should support up to 20 pounds. For reference, a 40" monitor weighs about 20 pounds, and if you're using it on a 40" monitor, I think you simply have the wrong mount. It holds my 14-pound 28-inch BenQ 4K monitor well. The problem is in the piston pin. Most people are used to "right-handed" (clockwise)

Before I go too far, let me just address my biggest gripe: the instructions are written entirely in a vague graphical style. Just note that there are two packs of screws for monitors, each pack contains two sets of screws. (A and B) You need to choose one and figure out which one fits the VESA screw holes in your monitors.
