Mount Motorized Articulating Displays Extension Review

Very poor quality. I installed the first device and it failed within a few days. The exchange failed after 6 months and is of course no longer refundable. I went back to the standard manual retractable mount. You shouldn't be lazy.

The remote control did everything except level the television. They sent me a new remote control. Just take a look. I had to stop the rotation roughly horizontally and then install memory for it until I got a new remote. In general I like it.

Poor quality cable route resulted in the cable getting pinched in the tray and was replaced for over $200. I needed a connection cable. The mount was removed and replaced with another motorized mount.

I would give zero stars if possible. TV cannot be connected to this system. I spoke to a customer service rep who then called the engineer and the owner and they all agreed that there was a manufacturing issue with the product. They said they had other complaints as well. My husband was told to send it back but was not given a return label. I called two days ago and asked for one via voicemail, no call back yet. The next step is to contact my credit card company to dispute the payment.

Range of motion leaves much to be desired. Doesn't rotate a full 45 degrees (more likely rotates 40 degrees).
