Added alternator to 4 inch bumper. I really expected them to be flimsy so I ordered 2 pairs. I'm surprised how durable they are, but installed anyway. Point to work with any generator.

As an older man I should have gotten the job done but it all came together and became a solid assembled frame for our generator which was mounted to our caravan's 4 inch square bumper. I'm glad I got it.

Once installed the shelf feels very solid and has room for my Honda 3000. I stood on the rack before installing the alternator and I weigh 250 pounds. This is a very well designed shelf and is easy to assemble. The entire assembly from start to finish took about 2 hours.

This tray met our needs. Our 80# alternator has lasted over 4000 miles with no wear. By using Mount-n-Lock bumper mounts, we've achieved what we hoped for: being able to carry our generator on the back of our caravan, ready to go whenever we stop. The alternator is secured with two screws and a motorcycle lock.

We put a couple of these on the bumper of our RV and built a deck out of machined 2x6s. Strong and easy to assemble, it includes a large compressor tank, grid-sized propane tank, and leveling blocks for our rig. Altogether it carries around 75-100 pounds and has proven to be more than adequate for the task. I recommend this item and seller

My TT's rear bumper doesn't pop out so I can't use other racks. The other TT used to have a 2" hitch welded to the frame along with the load carrier, but that caused the swinging load to bounce, which was scary. I used two sets of GennyGo levers (4) and modified the holder I had. by removing the 2" hitch tube and adding flat bars to support the holder on the GennyGo arms. I also added braces to support the bumper. I carried two Honda 2000 generators and gas canisters on this no jump rig. Great…
