This mount is perfect for our small Fire TV in our kitchen. The only problem was that there were no M4 screws in the kit. It had all the other major accoutrements but no M4. After receiving them, I installed them in 15-20 minutes.

Most of these TV mounts come with a variety of accessories that you can customize to fit your TV. not this one. Now I need to buy 4 screws to attach the TV to the bracket. This is a pretty standard 43-inch Toshiba TV. The price is low for a mount with this range, but they should have provided more screws.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it extends the 24" but the one I got, was about an inch shorter and it didn't fit what I needed. This is a well made mount and I liked it so much that I ordered the 28" and measured accurately. This is a great mount and will not disappoint if you don't need a true 24" extension.

Not sure if I accidentally came across a model that failed quality control or if they are all that difficult to install. Following the instructions/diagrams, my friend had to take the whole thing off and turn it over because the part that the arm attachment plate attaches to turned out to be upside down. It's working great now that everything is ready, but they either need to change direction or improve quality control.

I really like this mount although I don't use it for my TV. I connected an infrared heater on the terrace. Installation was easy (since I was using this for a custom application I had to drill a few extra holes in the mounting plate). Worst mount I have ever had. My TV leaned forward and wouldn't snap into place. Because of this, it was very difficult for me to put the TV on the bracket. I have a 32 inch TV so I figured it wouldn't be a problem but it was a big problem. I love my old mount, but it was too short. This mount is the length I need. It was easy to install, inexpensive, and seems solid enough for my 40-inch Samsung, which weighs only 15.4 pounds.
