Mountain bike for Worth for money

Awesome Bike and Customer Service!

This is a great bike for the price. You get all the features of a more expensive bike like dual disk brakes, shimano front and rear derailleurs with easy fire shifters and flat handlebar. The tires are also good quality. Overall unless you are an extremely professional mountain biker, this will meet your needs.I do want to point out that I received the bike with wobbly tires. While I think this was a concern for me, the seller provided exceptional service to address all my concerns. Appreciate…

Very cheap quality!

DO NOT buy this bike! the back Tire on the bike is wobbly then every time I go for a bike ride the chain keeps popping off, I have to stop almost every time to fix my chain. I even took it to a bike shop and my chain is still popping off. Another issue on the bike is that my front Tire sounds like it’s scraping against something else on the bike, it sound like metal is scraping! I need a refund because a replacement will be a waste of time.

Shifting and gears issue

It’s good looking bike, the brakes are very good but shiftting is terrible, I spend $100 to two different repair shop to get it adujsted but no chance, 2/3 of the front gears can be used and 5/7 of the rear one, the rest is jumping of them or make lots of noise.Btw I’m returning it and I don’t recommend buying it

Tsm bikes is an awesome company

So first off the bike is a very nice ride and it looks sharp. The second and most important part of my review is I had received the bike with a malfunctioning 3 speed shifter, contacted tsm bikes and they took care of me immediately with no hassle. Tsm bikes is an A+ company, and definitely will do more business with them.

I recieved the replacement

Thank you for sending me a replacement Bike TSMbike. I recieved it today on the 28th and it was easy to assemble. It took me less the 20 minute's and it is an amazing vehicle. I so appreciate the gratitude

Very nice bike, but more detailed assembly instructions would have made things easier.

Very nice bike. Although I had to take it to a bike shop because the disk brake on the front wheel got bent in shipping. Other than that it’s a great bike, looking forward to getting on to the trails.

It’s a nice bike for my opinion

Instructions were terrible, hard to follow. The handle bars doesn’t come up higher. The center bar is higher than expected.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING

It's a very nice looking bike and conserve aton of energy you get far on your pedals. On a level 10 mile straight I probably only have to do 2-3 miles of actual pedaling if I want.But the problems lie with the fact that the gears are assembled terribly you have to adjust them which might take a bit and that the front wheel is not trued and you can't true a 3 spoke wheel so it's wobley
