I am very impressed with these Mountain Hardwear Mittens. They come in standard packaging hanging on a shelf in a retail store at home. You look very warm to me. They have Gore-Tex for weather and water resistance, and the insulation is Primaloft Gold, a premium synthetic ultra-warm down alternative that stays warm even when wet (which shouldn't be an issue due to Gore-Tex).
