The cut and color were great and it packs up well. However, it probably would have prevented rain but I think I would have been drenched in sweat - not breathable at all. The interior felt almost rubberized or covered in plastic. I couldn't understand how convenient it could be so I sent it back.

Exactly what I was looking for! The jacket fits well and is of high quality, the seams are taped and reinforced. I also like that it comes with a carry case. The jacket folds back into the pocket without having to fold it a specific way. We were looking for a lightweight rain jacket for cruising and camping. This fully meets the requirements!

I sometimes like to wear a sweatshirt or something heavy under a raincoat, so I bought a large one thinking it would give me more space than the medium one. While that's true of this coat, I could probably wear 3 layers and still feel comfortable. Not to take away from the jacket - great colour, not too boxy and comes in a small reusable bag. I'm 5'10" and 190 pounds and I have plenty of room in my jacket.

Lightweight everyday rain jacket for travel or school. I bought these for travel and they are fine for the occasional downpour. If I were a pro athlete I would go for something breathable, but that doesn't mean it's high performance. Looks like these jackets are oversized. You can buy them one size smaller than you think you need.

Size 10 fits my wife, 5ft 8in, thin/medium. I think she wore it almost every day during our 2 week holiday in Northern Europe. and he's still in great shape. I don't think she would call him flattering, but he did his job. It's compact enough to fit 4 of these (with room for other stuff) in a backpack/backpack. I didn't find the men's version of this jacket particularly breathable, they didn't complain. It was functional and protected from light to moderate rain, including some heavy downpours.
