Good work! in Light Bars

They seem pretty sturdy, the flat area that screws in and holds the clip works really well around the hood of my 2013 Subaru Crosstrek. This is exactly what I had in mind for my pair of 3" LED light modules.

To be too good to be true!

I couldn't tighten them enough to keep them from sliding off the edge of the hood. I assumed they wouldn't work properly, but I figured Prime made it possible. I returned them as I certainly wouldn't fit my $300 Baja Designs squadron headlights with them and constantly worried about them falling off and damaging the headlights or my new truck. Instead I have to shell out $150 for good hood hinge mounts. Too bad.

The brackets work great - I need different screws though

I have used these brackets to mount LED lights under my rear bumper - my ONLY complaint is that they come with cheap steel hex grub screws and are in one of my mounts is actually missing 2 screws. . I went to the hardware store and bought some stainless steel hex head screws. Brackets are constantly exposed to the elements, cheap steel screws will rust. Moving to the head screws also allows me to tighten them a bit more with less chance of stripping. I'd happily pay another $4 for these mounts…

Perfect fit for Nissan Frontier 2020

My Nissan Frontier looks great thanks to them and I didn't have to mess with expensive brackets to attach to the hood hinges. I use these with my Nilight off-road headlights and remote wiring harness so I didn't have to run the wire in the truck. for LED Bar/High Beam/Fog Light/Pod Light/Work Light 16 Gauge Useful for 12V and 24V

Great universal mount

Great universal mount. I installed them on my 2012 Ford Explorer in October and have driven about 5,000 miles since then. This mount is still extremely stable after countless hours of driving across the States in inclement weather and other conditions where the roads weren't very good. They still don't rust, even after being exposed to such harsh conditions for several months. I really like that the mount is very low because honestly you don't even notice it and that's what I was looking for…
