Flexible, durable and just what I need for my PC!

The quality of this adapter is decent but the extra handle you pull on it may need to be cut off to fit properly depending on your case/setup. I had a room so I didn't have to take the handle off.

Not so good with hard drive accessories

The holes on this bracket didn't fit a 3.5" drive. The holes in the 3.5" drive bay were further apart, so I had to use an air duct for the back of the bracket piece. The hard drive barely fits in the bracket and is an SSD drive that is thinner than a mechanical hard drive.

He did the job I needed.

I bought this to install an IDE to microSD adapter in a Sony Vaio computer. I didn't have room to put the adapter in the back along with the rest of the cards, and there weren't holes in the HDD cage that lined up. I inserted the microSD adapter into this mounting bracket, which was quite tricky as it's a little tight and I thought I'd damage the adapter or at least part of it. After I inserted the adapter into this bracket, it fitted easily into the hard drive bay and didn't move around in the

Easy insertion of the SSD!

SSD fits perfectly. The holes provided did not match my 3 1/2" drive bay at all. Therefore only 2 screws could be used for attachment. Otherwise it does what it is supposed to, takes a 2 1/2" disc.

Not so impact resistant. It's a fairly strong plastic and is very difficult to bend, so I don't think it will work too well.

Was expecting a cheap, poorly made product at this price point, but at least something functional. This product will not fit a standard 2.5" drive.

Very important! works perfectly!

insert a 2.5" SSD into this quick release bracket without tools and it will hold securely and also snap right into the quick release bracket in the PC case!
